As publishers of a wonderful book called Concrete we thought it only right to bring your attention to this rather sleek and unusual concrete pen currently for sale in the Designboom.com shop. The concrete rollerball pen is designed by 22 design and is made from hand-poured concrete. It's specially weighted and features an elegant ridged body which provides an ergonomic grip.
22 Design Studio was founded by Sean Yu and Yi-ting Cheng in 2005 and specialises in concrete and cement products including clocks and jewellery. Take a look at their other work here.
